It is with heavy hearts that we report the sad news of the passing of our former President and longtime Board member, Pat Moran.  Pat was a longtime resident of North Beach and a guiding force in the North Beach Taxpayers Association for many years.  His guidance, counsel and Irish wit will be sorely missed.  Please keep Pat’s family in your thoughts and prayers.
